What’s Included in the $2,300 USD Cost:

• Guided Trekking Experience:

  • Trek with Michal Wensierski, an Everest summiter, along with a licensed, English-speaking local guide and porter (1 porter for every 2 trekkers).
  • Immersive cultural experience with opportunities to connect with locals and explore Sherpa traditions.

• Accommodation:

  • 2 nights at a hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu.
  • 9 nights in tea houses during the trek, including stays in Phakding, Lukla, Namche Bazaar, Deboche, Dingboche, Pheriche, Lobuche, and Gorak Shep.

• Meals:

  • 3 meals per day during trekking.
  • Farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant.

• Transportation:

  • Domestic flight tickets: Ramechhap ↔ Lukla.
  • Airport transfers (international and domestic)

• Trekking Essentials:

• Luggage Allowance: 15kg (10kg for luggage + 5kg carry-on).

Important Information:

• Deposit: $460 USD (20% of package cost) to secure booking. Remaining balance due 1 month before the trek.
• Fitness Level: Moderate fitness required; no one is left behind.
• Travel Insurance: Mandatory, covering medical emergencies, high-altitude evacuation, and trip cancellations.
• Altitude Sickness Protocol: Gradual acclimatization, trained guides, and emergency evacuation procedures if needed.

Exclusions:

• Nepal visa fees: $30 (15 days), $50 (30 days recommended), or $135 (90 days).
• Personal expenses (snacks, drinks, WiFi, charging, laundry, tips).
• Tips for guides and porters: Recommended minimum 10% of the total package cost (not included in the package price).
